Developed from your design sketches, reference photographs, or physical samples. We prepare precision bead weaving patterns and dispatch samples in 5 to 7 business days.
2. Material & Luster Cards
Physical sample cards showcasing our full range of artificial pearl finishes (high-gloss, semi-matte, baroque luster), crystal facet cuts, and metal hardware plating finishes.
3. 100% Sample Fee Credit
Sampling and pattern development fees are fully credited back on your official commercial invoice when placing a formal bulk purchase order that meets standard MOQ thresholds.
Production Lead Times & Critical Path
From Pre-Production Sample (PPS) signoff to dispatch
Every production lot is handcrafted by trained artisans. Lead times begin immediately upon written approval of the Pre-Production Sample (PPS) and receipt of payment confirmation or Letter of Credit.

- •Usance / Deferred L/C: 30 to 60 days available for established retail chains with verified credit standing.
- •Transferable and back-to-back structures accepted for international buying houses.
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T Advance)
- •Advance Deposit: 30% to 50% advance deposit upon Purchase Order confirmation to reserve artisan schedules and raw materials.
- •Balance Settlement: Remaining balance payable against high-resolution pre-shipment photos, video inspection, or original shipping documents.
- •Direct SWIFT wire transfers directly to our primary corporate bank account in Dhaka.
